Ingredients

Beef, Pork and Veal Mix

Tbsp
Italian Breadcrumbs
1/4
Cup
Milk
1
Large
Egg
Beaten
2
Cloves
garlic
Crushed

Tsp
Salt

Tsp
Ground Black Pepper
1
Tsp
Dried Italian Herb Seasoning

Tbsp
Grated Parmesan
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix throughly
Form mixture into balls, size based on personal preference
Add a small amount of olive oil to a pan and cook the balls over medium heat till browned on the outside (10 minutes for me with 2" Dia meatballs)
Add meatballs to pasta sauce and simmer till pasta is done. At least 10 Minutes
